Events Hire
Our spaces are available to hire for a wide range of events, including photographic exhibitions, photobook launches, workshops, corporate gatherings, and private functions. We also welcome commercial filming and photography projects. As well as private and public events.
Over the years, we’ve hosted a diverse programme of events and exhibitions in collaboration with organisations and publishers such as Altered States, Family Portrait, BJP, Dust Off Projects, Offset Projects, Palm Books, Mack, Guest, Void, Aperture, Open Doors, Huck Magazine and Setanta Books.
All events held with us form part of our wider public programme. We actively support each event through promotion across our social media channels and newsletter, helping to reach and engage our community. We do not take commission on book or print sales during your event.

If you would like to make a table booking, please email info@photobookuk.org with your preferred date and time, the number of guests, and whether you would like indoor or outdoor seating.
Photobook Launch
A relaxed evening in our upstairs café bar ideal for launching your photobook or zine. You’ll have table space for display and signings, plus access to a screen for visuals. We take no commission on sales.
Gallery Hire
Our flexible gallery space accommodates up to 45 seated or 50 standing, making it ideal for exhibitions, workshops, launches, and events. The basement gallery features white walls, grey floors, and an open, adaptable layout for a range of uses.
Private Takeovers & Special Occasions
Our upstairs Café Bar and Terrace are available to hire for a range of occasions, including product launches, birthday celebrations, and corporate events, with flexible booking times to suit your needs.
We offer tailored packages including bar tabs, exclusivity and security with support from our team throughout.
Catering can also be arranged, including breakfast pastries and overnight oats, weekday toasties, soups and pies, and weekend brunch options.
